Sex and Lucid Dreams

Many people ask me to blog about how to have lucid dreams about exciting sexual rendezvous. Well, the good news is that during lucid dreams we are already in a state of arousal, because of the physiology of the dream state. The bad news is that you can’t guarantee that your dream figures will agree to a lucid dreaming rendezvous willingly. Many find that once they are lucid, if they try to engage in sexual situations, the dream scene morphs unexpectedly, and their partner transforms into another person, or sometimes just turns to a lifeless ragdoll. Take this as a clue: lucid dreaming sensuality must be consensual to be truly pleasurable. The mind is complex, and lucid dream control is not an effective strategy when it comes sexuality.
