Celebrate Diversity in San Diego’s City Heights Affordable Real Estate
City Heights is an ethnically diverse neighborhood in San Diego. The area has been undergoing a resurgence of late, with several new building projects or renovations recently completed. Newly renovated schools, a new library and a new police headquarters are among the new facilities, along with new retail centers.
City Heights affordable real estate are great options. As would be expected in a neighborhood as diverse as City Heights, the neighborhood is rife with ethnic eateries, including Asian, Mexican and African restaurants. To celebrate the area’s diversity, the International Village Celebration takes place annually.
The City Heights Recreation Center has a playground, tennis courts and a picnic area. Indoor facilities include a gymnasium, swimming facilities, a meeting room and a game room. The neighborhood is also home to several open spaces.
